My radiator wasn't working. Turned out to be a valve which was quickly and easily replaced. Good prompt service. Polite young man too. Would recommend.

Great service. We had several issues related to the boiler and radiators that has not been fixed by other engineers who visited several times over the last 3-4 years and actually they were paid and they said that the issues were sorted, but in fact all the issues remained continuing until the engineer from My Boiler Pro came to fix them. I called gasworks and was amazed by their service. The engineer come out on the same day and diagnosed my fault within the hour. He then went on by explaining to me what the cause of the issue was and what needed to be replaced. The engineer then repaired the boiler on the same day and got my heating to work again I truly want to thank gasworks for helping me in this situation. The customer service provided was amazing and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
