My Boiler Pro installed a new boiler for me in Leeds and did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were professional, reliable and explained everything clearly throughout. The installation was completed to a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend My Boiler Pro.

We recently used My Boiler Pro for a brand-new boiler installation and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first phone call to the final installation, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The engineer arrived on time, explained all the options clearly, and completed the boiler installation to a very high standard. The workmanship was excellent, everything was left clean and tidy, and the new boiler is working perfectly. We have also used My Boiler Pro for boiler repairs and gas safety certificates, and every experience has been outstanding. They respond quickly, diagnose problems honestly, and get everything fixed without unnecessary costs or delays. The gas certification process was smooth, professional, and completed promptly with all paperwork provided straight away. Reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly priced — it’s rare to find a company this trustworthy these days. I would highly recommend My Boiler Pro to anyone needing boiler installations, repairs, servicing, or landlord gas safety certificates.

I called gasworks and was amazed by their service. The engineer come out on the same day and diagnosed my fault within the hour. He then went on by explaining to me what the cause of the issue was and what needed to be replaced. The engineer then repaired the boiler on the same day and got my heating to work again I truly want to thank gasworks for helping me in this situation. The customer service provided was amazing and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
