Absolutely brilliant service! I had an issue with my boiler and no hot water in the shower. I called them in the morning and they came out the same day, all the way from Leeds. The engineer was professional, friendly, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Now everything’s working perfectly and I’ve got hot water back in the shower. Couldn’t be happier — highly recommend this company for fast and reliable service!

I called gasworks and was amazed by their service. The engineer come out on the same day and diagnosed my fault within the hour. He then went on by explaining to me what the cause of the issue was and what needed to be replaced. The engineer then repaired the boiler on the same day and got my heating to work again I truly want to thank gasworks for helping me in this situation. The customer service provided was amazing and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
